OK, so I may have forgot to tell you what order to run the scripts in... well, let me remedy that now...  All need to be run as root, and as relative paths to the gg_00.00.01a directory(and / after gg_prep):

Example: 

• portage_tree/usr_src/gg_src/gg_create_tree (fleshes out directories needed for everything else)
• portage_tree/usr_src/gg_src/gg_initialize (mounts directories where they need to go)
• portage_tree/usr_src/gg_src/gg_prep (extracts stage3 tarball (uClibc currently) and chroots ino gentoo environment)
• /usr/src/gg_src/gg_build (emerges and does basic configuration of the final gentoo system)
• portage_tree/usr_src/gg_src/gg_close (hopefully cleans up all the mess from everything else)
