Hello evryone who might read this on occasion. It's that time of year again. The weather is perfect; the grass is cut; and my daughter is taking her first swim of the year. She been begging to swim since January! Needless to say, she's having a ball.
Generally, this is also the time for sniffles, sneezes and my seasonal allergies get going in earnest. But after my melanoma and yearly physical that lead into it, I've been on some nasal sprays that are really letting me get outside and not be sick. To be honest, I've skipped at least two of my standard sick times with two good sprays a day! I forgot what it was like to be able to breathe after being out in the yard all day.
